Personal Data Notice
As data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Dermalanya Beauty Salon ("Dermalanya") processes your personal data as described below.

2. Data we process
- Identity and contact details (name, phone number, email address),
- Appointment and enquiry details (requested service, appointment date, message content),
- Health information you share with us so that a service can be carried out safely (special category data),
- Before and after photographs, only with your explicit consent.
3. Purposes
- Receiving and scheduling appointment requests and communicating with you,
- Planning and carrying out services safely and appropriately,
- Meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights in case of disputes,
- Sharing results of our work, only with your explicit consent.
4. Legal grounds and collection
Data is collected through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email and in person at our centre, on the grounds of contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2); health data and photographs are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6).
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above and in line with the law, with competent public authorities and with service providers we work with (e.g. communication and hosting providers). Messages you send via WhatsApp are transmitted through that provider's infrastructure.
Live chat (HubSpot): When you click the live chat button on our website, the chat window is loaded from infrastructure provided by HubSpot, Inc. (USA). No connection to HubSpot is made unless you click the button. If you use the chat, the conversation, any name and email you choose to share, your IP address, browser details and the cookies needed for the chat to work are processed on HubSpot's servers, which means your personal data is transferred abroad (USA). This transfer relies on the explicit consent you give under KVKK Art. 9 by reading this notice and starting the chat; you are not obliged to give it. Please do not share health information in the chat; you can always use WhatsApp, phone or email instead. HubSpot's visitor tracking (analytics) is switched off on our website.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or erasure, object to processing and claim compensation for damages.
