Dermapen

Dermapen is chosen to reduce the appearance of signs of ageing such as enlarged pores, fine lines and wrinkles, and smoker's lines around the mouth, while firming the skin for a fresher look. Beyond rejuvenation, it also helps soften the appearance of acne and chickenpox scars, stretch marks and surgical scars.

A modern take on microneedling, a technique with ancient roots, Dermapen works without damaging, peeling or irritating the epidermis, the skin's precious outer layer. It is used mainly on the face, hands and neck, suits all skin types and, being so fine, can also treat delicate areas often avoided by other treatments, such as the neck and inner arms.

Before treatment, make-up residue is removed and the skin disinfected, then pure hyaluronic acid is applied. Dermapen's ultra-fine microneedles enter and exit the skin rapidly at a right angle, creating microscopic channels that trigger the skin's natural healing processes. A soothing peptide mask is applied afterwards.

The treatment takes around 30 to 40 minutes, supporting the collagen and elastin synthesis essential for firm, elastic skin and boosting circulation. A course of at least four sessions, four weeks apart, is recommended.
